  I came here on a holiday but that is no excuse to be working just as hard as on a regular day. I came in expecting to be quickly greeted and take my order but instead I wait over five minutes before I decided to order my drink through the Dunkin donuts app and went straight to the pick up counter to receive my drink. Another person wait just as long as I did Left. I understand stand how busy staff are tending to drive thru customer but staff should be able to tend to in store customer as well.
  
  I love Dunkin donuts but it grieve me to write a bad review. Please, if you work at this store; improve your job.
