  I had the pleasure of working for Derrick as his front desk attendant back in 2010/2011 for another organization he was with-- the level of expertise, dedication and energy that he brought to each and every session was truly inspiring. I always heard from people in class how tired but great they felt post class/session. To me, that meant he worked them, but never in a way that made them unsure of him, or unsure of his methods.
  David is someone that I have been able to work with one on one. He is dedicated not only to his own lifestyle, but to the lifestyle of his clients. When I was working with David, he helped me find a diet that would best fit my busy lifestyle and workouts that I could do both with him and on my own (wherever that may have been!). But better yet, he helped me understand the why's and how's of this workout. I unfortunately couldn't keep seeing him regularly due to professional gigs and what not, but with the dedication and education he provided me, I was able to work towards my health goals, and be that much closer to a better me. David definitely takes each person he works with, and makes their goals not only important for them, but for him. He makes your goals, his goals. That sort of passion and care is hard to find in a trainer, but once you find it, it's a true blessing.
  Best of luck David and Derrick! You both are great at what you do, and never disappoint!
