  The guy was ignorant! Also lazy! They obviously messed up my phone number, because my Petco Reward didn't come off, and when I questioned it, he got irritated when I requested he reenter my phone number. If you don't like your job, then quit! I spend hundred's of dollars at Petco across the country. I rightfully earned that reward, and wanted to use it! The customer service is sad! Won't be back to this location!
