  Worst customer service imaginable. Web site says you can stop in and get service so that's what I did.
  
  The office clerk was adamant that they would NOT take me in for service without an appointment.
  Me: Well, I'm here now.
  Clerk: I can make you an appointment.
  Me: When can I get this done.
  Clerk: Not right now. You can come back later.
  Me: When?
  Clerk: This afternoon.
  Me: Well I'm here now.
  Clerk: I can make you an appointment.
  Me: Your Web site says I can just walk in and be serviced. That's what I'm doing.
  Clerk: There's only one tech in back.
  Me: I'm here now. I'm not going to go just to have to come back.
  
  Frustrated, I walked out and left. I guarantee I WON'T be back and I'm recommending no one else go there, either.
