  Liars, morons and idiots abound. Third time I received a "we missed you, signature required" notice paper. Thing is, twice we were sitting in the living room watching TV (I work nights and am up when the mail shows up) and watched the mail be put into our mailbox. Went to the box and there was the notice. NO ATTEMPT to actually TRY to deliver it.
  When I went to the post office, they told me that we must have not been home. I told them that I SAW them put my mail in the mailbox...their answer was that I should have rushed outside to meet the mail carrier.
  I go to the next suburbs post office when I need anything accomplished.
  Sadly, the days of Karyn and a couple others, who knew what they were doing, and actually cared about customer service, are gone.

  Avoid this place at all cost. Asked for a clear envelope to place my paid shipping label in, been told they can't provide me one if she would she gets in trouble. Are you serious? It's a paid shipping label and I am using your carrier should be part of the shipping cost. No customer service skills whatsoever
