  If I could I would give them 0 stars.
  
  Had some work done at this office in 2016 it was good.
  The dentist himself is a very nice person.
  His receptionist on the other hand…not so much.
  
  Then at the end of 2017 I got 3 fillings done, I was having issues with one hurting weeks later and I had some questions about why the bill was so much more than what I was quoted. (Which I know how insurance companies are… they always say they are going to pay more than they do), but Wood Dale Dental was quoting me for SILVER fillings when they only do WHITE fillings on adults. The receptionist Elizabeth jumped down my throat because I asked for the original sheet she quoted me and she refused to give it to me. She said it was never put into the system, but they printed that sheet 2 times prior. She then threated to call the police on me!!!!! So I went in for my appointment and wasted my night because the dentist didn’t even work on my tooth.
  
  The dentist ended up paying for my fillings because of the misunderstanding (which was very nice of him) but all of a sudden the tooth that was bothering me then needed a root canal.
  
  So I made an appointment with them for March 28th. Because my insurance was changing April 1st. THEY KNEW THAT TOO.
  
  Well March 27th I got a voicemail at 3:22pm and they cancelled it on me. I then called and called and called them NO ANSWER. So I found myself another dentist that would do it before April 1st.
  
  I then got a voicemail April 3rd at 5:21pm asking why I didn’t show up to my appointment!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  
  April 12th I get a post card in the mail saying I have an appointment in MAY after calling and saying this dentist just isn’t working out. So today April 13th I have called 3 different numbers, about 20 times so far….their voicemail box is full, and emailed them.
  
  Please save your time and money and find a different dentist.
  This place has no clue what they are doing….
  
  Maybe the dentist needs to hire better staff to support him because he is a VERY nice guy!
